Shipping Policy

Himalayan Salt Mines ships Himalayan salt bricks, tiles, boulders, salt lamps, salt licks, cooking plates, and related products to customers across the United States and Canada, for both retail (B2C) and wholesale/bulk (B2B) orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days of purchase. Large wholesale or bulk pallet orders may require additional processing time; we will contact you if your order needs extra lead time.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard parcel shipping: Used for smaller orders (individual bricks, tiles, small packs, lamps, and accessories), shipped via major carriers.
  • LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight: Used for large volume, pallet, or contractor orders. These shipments are securely banded, shrink-wrapped, and fully insured to arrive crack-free.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For large wholesale/pallet orders, freight quotes may be provided directly by our team before the order ships.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, and typically range from 3-10 business days within the continental United States and Canada after processing. Remote areas and large freight shipments may take longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Because our salt products are natural stone and can be heavy or fragile, all shipments are packed with protective, custom-padded materials. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at himalayansaltminesllc@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

At this time we ship only within the United States and Canada.
