We want you to be happy with your Himalayan Salt Mines purchase. Please review our return and refund terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, mounted, or used (e.g. salt bricks/tiles applied to a wall, cooking plates that have been used for cooking)
  • Custom, made-to-order, or bulk/wholesale orders, unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

Because our products are natural stone, minor variations in color, veining, and texture are normal and not considered defects. If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at himalayansaltminesllc@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at himalayansaltminesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions, including the return address and whether return shipping is covered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Bulk and wholesale (B2B) orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team before placing a large order if you have questions about our return terms for bulk purchases.
